RETURN AND REFUND
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Of course, you can easily send the goods to our warehouse in Germany.
We advise our customers to inspect items thoroughly immediately upon receipt as we only accept products that are in their original condition and suitable for resale unless we have been previously informed that an item is faulty.
Our support team reserves the right to request photo or video evidence to assess whether a customer is eligible for a refund before initiating a return. This is to prevent loss of business revenue due to fraudulent or false refund requests.
The customer must bear the costs for the return shipment.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment for all items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Once received, the return will be inspected and the money will be refunded within 7 days.
Please email us if you wish to return your items and we will provide you with the relevant instructions and return form. You will be asked to send the item to our German warehouse.

Please do not use scissors or knives to open your parcel as this carries the risk of damaging the items. We recommend opening ELEVERO packaging by hand as it is easily torn. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale and with the tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying on the products. For example, make sure you do not wear makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant that could leave stains on the product as we are unable to arrange an exchange or refund for an item returned with stains.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
